Return Policy

ZOVO WEAR has partnered with suppliers that manufacture high quality and stylish products in US, Canada, Australia and EU hence in this regards ZOVO WEAR follows suppliers’ Return and Refund Policy.

Due to the custom nature of each item that suppliers print, unfortunately we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse. This includes but not limited to:

- Customer prefers another sizing
- Customer ordered the wrong color or design

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 45 days of the order date. We can't accept any returns after 45 days from order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To receive your return authorization, you must Email below items to Info@ZovoWear.com:

  • Order Number (Proof of Purchase)
  • Photo(s) of the item showing the defect(s)
  • A photo of the return parcel

Note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Note: we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
